This page sets out the understanding between you and GTDIS Distribution when you invest through us.
Our obligations to you
- To act honestly and fairly, and in line with the AMFI Code of Conduct.
- To explain the features, risks and costs of a product before you invest.
- To provide scheme-related documents on request.
- To disclose the commission we earn — see our commission disclosure.

- To never ask you to make payments in cash or in the name of GTDIS or any individual.
- To handle complaints through our grievance redressal process.
Your rights
- To receive clear and accurate information.
- To choose whether or not to invest; the decision is always yours.
- To invest in Direct Plans directly with an AMC, at a lower expense ratio, if you prefer.
- To change your distributor or move to another channel at any time.
- To receive statements of your holdings and transactions.
- To complain, and to escalate your complaint.
Your obligations
- To give us complete and accurate information, including for KYC, and tell us when it changes.
- To read the scheme-related documents and understand the risks before investing.
- To make payments only from your own bank account, in favour of the mutual fund or product issuer.
- To check transaction confirmations and statements and tell us promptly of any error.
- To keep your login details, passwords and OTPs secret.
What we do not do
- We do not provide investment advice; we are a distributor, not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser.
- We do not promise, assure or guarantee returns.
- We do not hold your money or securities. Investments are held in your name with the AMC, issuer or depository.
- We do not take decisions on your behalf or transact without your instruction.
